[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — discrepancy in emi amount & emi tenure | |||||
I have order 2 items in flipkart on wed, oct 10th '18 for a total value of rs. 39829/- under no cost emi through bajaj finserv. 1. Vu 102cm (40 inch) full hd led smart tv 2. Flipkart perfect homes crete leatherette... And fabric 3 + 1 + 1 black sofa set Since, i ordered the sofa set wrongly, i have canned the item immediately (Within 10 mins.) for rs. 19199/-. The same was accepted by flipkart and money was credited to bajaj finserv immediately. Hence, only amount rs.20624/- has been approved as purchased value by bajaj finserv. Further, i want to state that when i have entered at bajaj finserv customer portal, it shows the following details: Loan account no; 458ecf90226209, Loan amount: rs.39, 823/-, Emi paid: 2, Emi pending: 4... Monthly emi: rs. 6638/- All are wrong information.. The same was informed to bajaj finserv consumer care via email at [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on october 12, 4: 37 pm.. There was no reply.. Again, we have sent the same on october 25, 9: 16 am. There was no reply.. Hence, we request you to kindly solve the problem at the earliest, so that we can pay the emi amount on 2nd of next month uninterruptedly. Was this information helpful? | |||||
