Bajaj Finserv — EMI card 'inactive' FEES

The loan was completed in March this year refer "400SCE10928774". I have two issues with Bajaj Finserv:

1. I was harassed and tricked into buying a EMI card. The agent charged an extra 400 saying it is card fee. He NEVER mentioned there was a fee. he just gave me a bunch of papers and took my signature. Very unethical business.

2. Recently I saw a line item in my bank statement saying Bajaj EMI card "inactive" fees of 99 Rs. Money was directly debited from my account. How and What is this charge for? Do you guys expect me to take loan from you all my life? How can anyone charge for a card being inactive?

I DONT need this stupid card or your service in future. I am going to tell everyone I know NOT to use your service.

Please escalate this email to the highest authorized person and refund the amount immediately. There is no standing instruction to let you debit my account & i am going to instruct my bank the same.

Same happened to me. Bajaj Finserv has deducted Rs.117 from my account without my consent. Even though I am not using this card. I have send the mail mentioned above. Hope they will reverse the amount ASAP.

I agree with Mr. SNarinder that they are loosing customer faith by deducting only Rs.117.

Even my account has been debited for rs.99/- on 21st February, 2017.

This is absolute cheating and doesn't suit the reputation of such a reputed company like Bajaj.

More so while applying for the EMI card we have already paid the fees.

The charges should be reversed immediately.

Same as it happened with Deepika. First they claim card is free and then vendor charge you money for card and then company ask for inactive charges. Top management of this company is short visioned. They like to make 99 rs and loose honest customer for rest of life.

Hi, this is Balamurugan Kandasamy. I purchased Samsung LED 32FH4003 model TV from vasanth and co, 100 feet road, Velachery Chennai on May month 2015. At that time I did not applied for Bajaj finserv EMI card. In application form also I did not select the check box for getting EMI card. Once I applied for EMI option they sent me a EMI card thru post. I never used that card.I finished my loan on 2nd December'15 and got NOC mail on 17th December 2015. Still I am receiving lots of mails and sms from Bajaj finserv. On 18th August'17 I received a SMS saying about EMI card inactive fees of RS. 117 will be taken from my account. How can they deduct. It is fraudulent activity from Bajaj finserv. I want you to stop deducting my money from my account. My customer ID was: 21026206.
It was deducted 117 /- from my account as well

Can you help me how to get my amount back ? And we should also teach a lesson to this company for doing this fraud
