Bajaj Finserv — emi card is temporarily blocked

Hi, My Name is Virander Lamba, Customer ID:1578213. I am existing Bajaj Finance customer since 2014.

Regret to say that my emi card is temporarily blocked with out any prior notice inspite of regular payment.

Tried to contact customer care but no one has picked up phone.

Highly disappointed. Request you to unblock my EMI Card as i am in urgent need of card.
