Bajaj Finserv — emi card not issuing

I have purchased products from pitampura vijay sales, paid down payment and bajaj emi card fee also. It's has been 6+ month, my 6 emi has been successfully passed, no emi bounce. My emi card is showing in wallet but since last 6 month that's status is "still in process" whenever i visit to store, the bajaj executives say that they raised query. Even i have personally written email at there [protected]@ email. But no satisfying solution. Really dump services. Now finally i have taken written proof from them and they have given me last date to solve the query by may 1st week 2019. After that i will move to consumer court. This harassment should be showed in public domain for awareness.
