Bajaj Finserv Emi Card — Request for deactivation of my emi card

I am srikanth kanda, yesterday i got recieved amount debited message in my account regarding bajaj emi card yearly charges. Actually i did not recieve any emi card till now... I applied for card long years back when i took washing machine through bajaj finance, that time i applied for emi card. But till now i didn't get any card. But still u r charging for that card.
The emi card number which i have seen in my account [protected]. So pls deactivate my card immediately.
