I have made an advance emi payment which is not updated on my account and also my card is blocked, so would request a reply asap. Its been quite a while since i'm trying to contact you but to no avail. Mobile no.-[protected] As said by your portal, you are committed to resolving issues within 2 working days. Whereas i have been waiting for a reply for my mail and reported a complaint on the app for more than 20 days.
