I had 3rd year mediclaim policy of bajajallianz and I came to know that 3rd policy i am having is new fresh policy so that i cannot have benefits, who over is culprit for selling me this policy your department is not doing justice with me, my claim was denied on this basis. If customer is not aware of fraud being done with him then what is his mistake where should I go now to get the claim in social media or consumer court... My 1st policy no.
