Bajaj Finserv — Harassment by bajaj agents

Hi sir/madam,

I would like to raise a complaint against the Bajaj Finserv collection department located in kalpakkam. Due to financial constraints i skipped a month payment and due date crossed and it's been only 22 days. And i got numerous calls asking for the payments and i asked them sometime and told i will make the payment by the end of february. But i was tortured for the payments and all of the contacts were accesed from my phone and they called everyone and were asking them for the payments whom i never mentioned them as reference. And they were lying saying that i had taken numerous loans with huge amount and is evading them.

I request you to take an action against the agency who tortured me. if not i will have to end up our relations by closing all the accounts. I have been in relation with Bajaj bank for 3 years or more. And this is the first time due to financial problem i skipped a month payment.
