Hi Team, It is a shame that you are not able to resolve this issue. You all should know that by having such fancy email id such as wecare, customerexperiencehead, grievanceredressalteam etc does not make you a customer centric company. You actually need to "walk the talk". Today again your Highly Unprofessional Collection team agent called me from the number "[protected]" & said that my cheque has bounced & she needs to collect that money. Really, this makes me feel that your organisation is full of fraud agents who just make fraud calls to the customer to extort their money. I am amazed to see that a money-lender company does not have ONE employee who is responsible, professional & with the helping & issue resolving attitude. Please ensure that because of Your Carelessness & Unwillingness to resolve the issue, my CIBIL scores are not getting impacted. Sharing again the list of my questions & issues: So here you are your failures: 1. This is my Fourth complaint against your collections team. 2. I now feel really insecure about my personal/financial details with you & that how my loan started without any prior information to me after 6-7 months. I am re-iterating that i am taking this very seriously as it is about the security of my personal & financial details. 3.
