[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — harassment by tele executive or recovery agent (nilay) | |
I am a regular customer of bajaj finserv lending. My loan is running from last 20 months and i have paid regular installments. But due to medical emergency this month installment is pending. I said executive i will pay the amount whenever i will receive money from students of computer class or Medical refunds. But he is calling daily and harassing me and my family is upset due to this. Now i asked him if there is a medical emergency, should 1 pay the installment to bank or should 1 try to pay to docter to save life. He said bank does not know all this, you should pay installment and not bother about anyone living or dying due to illness. Is this the way bajafinserv deals with the customer.
