Bajaj Finserv — i paid money for emi card already with registered number after it say it's a wrong number how could you do this

Store in mapusa goa where i applied.
I already applied for digital emi card. And i already paid for with valid phone number and they did my payment with card amount 412. I call your services your telling me its wrong number how could you do this if you can't help people don't fool people like this i[censored] can't help me out please return my money
