Bajaj Finserv — iam complaining about cancellation of insurance policy of purchased product

Hello sir as iam purchased the product from the big c on my bajaj card insurance has been claimed on my product so please cancel the insurance from my product. My loan a/c no. Is 400dpf99288147, please clear the insurance on my product. Thanking u. Already complaint has been raised by nearest store of bajaj finance, but didnt get any update so please do the needful.
