Dear sir, My self chandra prakash gupta residence of gangtok, sikkim would like to inform you that i had secure my phone with bajaj finserv insurance for which when i tried to claim my damage repair expenses. They are saying that my claim is rejected as i have not submitted the related document in time, but its not soo i handed over all the related documents to local representative within time period. Also when i asked for my claim rejection related document they are not responding i also mention that i will not pay my dues they are not serious at all. I have an emi of 1341, which is due on 2nd of each month, they didnt deduct the EMI so i manually paid the EMI, now they are texting me saying there are no sufficient funds, forcing cheque bouncing charges, they are torturing ! please take a look after it !
