Bajaj Finserv — Insurance not provided after paid all amount

Dear Sir,

I have purchased two Mobile online form Bajaj Finserv app with insurance, bur now when i want to claim the same as my phone got damage in accident but there customer care is denying for providing the service as they don't have any policy reflecting at there server. I want keep on mailing & request the same everytime they gave me the different number & different id but not the solution . Please help me I'm feeling scamed.

No anyone contacted me. The Bajaj is least bothered about there customer & there services. Very bad service.
