Bajaj Finserv — its nearly one month they took my samsung led tv for repairing, no response from them

I asked service for my samsung led tv as i saw a narrow black mark on display. They took the tv but its nearly one month no response from them.

Initially when i was calling them they were telling different different reasons, still i am not sure whats the exact issue on my tv. It was working fine with me but i asked service only to fix a narrol black mark on the display on left top corner.

I saw my final amount credited to my bajaj experia account and then realise that Bajaj has added Credit Viday fees without my consent. I want this to be removed immediately.
