Bajaj Finserv — Make online payment.. But still getting messages as due

Sir/madam, i made an online payment for current month emi, i was due for only 5 days frm the date of payment of this current month emi. I got an message that my emi card was blocked. How could you done without intimating us about emi card blocking.

My loan id : 4000cd30946837. Sir please do refer that... I made online payment.. I didn't get any confirmation message about payment..
