Bajaj Finserv — mental harassment and pressure to customer without customer fault

Due to internal system updation problem, my BAJAJ EMI was not deducted online from PNB bank . I had complained several times but every time BAJAJ employees said that we will update our system and from next month the EMI shall be deducted and also informed that wait till 13 of every month.
The same continued for 5 months and every month BAJAJ employees said the same thing and every time they put pressure on me from third party .
BAJAJ has lowered my CIBIL score and BLOCKED my BAJAJ FINSERV Card due to this.
I want to ask BAJAJ that where is customers mistake.
I had sent around 15 mails even copy to Sr. Management but no resolution.
Ultimately I am looser with my bad CIBIL score and with blocked BAJAJ FINSERV card which in turn will lower my CIBIL.
I am requesting BAJAJ that how they will compensate me and what action I should take against their negligence.
