Bajaj Finserv — mobile number update & emi card block from 2yrs

I've raised request at bajaj office at nanded to update my mobile no but still not updated after 1yrs, & my emi card is blocked still after clear of all payment from 1yr. While on my visit to bajaj office.

Emi card no: [protected]
I am unable to use my emi card from last 1yr as it still shows block when i visit bajaj office they say it will be automatically unblock from company they cant help me in sharing the reason also.
