The query is solved by one of the senior agent had called me and solved the problem and money is credited to the recipient account. My apologies for the post @Carina in @MombiKwik she helped to solve the problem and i am happy to be with @MombiKwik

Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
