[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — my data not deleted

Hi i am magesh. I was using bajaj finserv card for more than 3yrs. For last 3 months i'm not using the card and planned to close the account. My all loan accounts are successfully completed and closed. But i received a message that annual fee will be debited from my account. I raised a request that i am not using the card for more than 3months and i am going to close the account. They called me and said that there is no way to delete the account and they don't have the facility. I asked them that is there a facility to enter the data, then there will be a delete option. But they replied they don't have. I don't believe them. But i said ok after a long conversation. I told them i am not going to pay annual fee for the card which i'm not using and i'm not going to use. For that they said the relevant team will call me in 24 to 48hrs. It was happened 2 days ago. Then i told them i don't want to get any call or message or email regarding your promotion etc. They agreed. I asked them to send me acknowledgement mail. They sent a mail. The next day they started to send message mail now today they called me regarding the promotion. What the hell. Sorry. Is this the way of response to customers..? Even i'm getting more message and mail then usual. Now replied to email id strongly. Friends suggest me what i should do if they again disturbs me like this. I'm very much upset about this. Recently my father passed away. I was very much upset and down. These guys are playing.. I don't like it.
