[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — my fd commencing date is not given as per my transaction valuation date

I have applied for 3 nos fd of 1 l-2l & 10l each totalling to 13 lakh by giving bajaj finserv, 3 cross order cheques of pnb from my sb a/c, on 27th april 2017, which were handed over to their executive in person.
These cheques got cleared from my bank a/c on 1st may 2017 and the transaction as well as the valuation date is 1st may 2017, meaning that bajaj finserv got the money credited to their bank account on 1st may 17.
When i received the fd in my hand by after appx 30 days it bears the commencement days as 2nd may 2017. This action was protested by me as, i stand to loose my interest for one day.
I have made written online complaint with bajaj finserv customer care and then escalated to grievances cell, in all more than 14 times, but they have not complied with correction in date of commencement of my fd. They asked for my bank statement showing and certifying the valuation date which i forwarded promptly. But no action.
1st may 2017 was a public holiday, burt bank back offices were working to clear cts cheques and other jobs as they generally do on holidays. This has been confirmed by me from number of banks.
Can any one guide me about how can i recover my one day interest?

As per customer care's above reference, I provided them with the details of 1] FD nos. 2] Name of holder. 3] SRN nos that are pending to be replied. 4] All phone contact nos. 5] my e mail ID.
I submited it to them thru your Consumer Complaints.
IMMIDIATELY WITHIN 10 MINUTES I RECEIVED A CALL FROM BAJAJ FINSERV CUSTOMER CARE NO-[protected] BUT HE DID NOT GAVE HIS NAME. HE SAID THAT MY COMPLAINT NO IS SRN11988113 AND THAT THEY WILL ATTEND MY COMPLAINT NOW ITSELF AND WILL REFUND THE INTEREST OF 1 DAY IN MY BANK FOR WHICH I MUST HAVE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. THIS WAS SHOCKING AND I SAID WHY CAN'T THEY LET ME KNOW AS TO WHY THEY CAN NOT CHANGE MY FD COMMENCING DATES AS PER THE VALUATION DATE INSTRADE? THAT IS COMMENCING DATE TO BE AS PER VALUATION DATE OF 1ST MAY 2017 IN PLACE OF 2ND MAY 2017? HE CUT OFF THE LINE.
I need justice as my money 13 lakh is with them since 1st may 2017 and not 2nd may 2017 the cumulative-compounding effect will be lost and I will suffer for loss. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME AFTER SO LONG OF 80 DAYS + & SO MUCH OF MENTAL TORTURE BY CUSTOMER CARE TEAM TO ME THRU E MAILS/NOTES ON WHATSAPP AND FOLLOW UP ON PHONE, OF AN ESTEEM ORGANISATION LIKE BAJAJ FINSERV.
HOPE THAT THEY WILL REISSUE THE FDS WITH CORRECTED DATE OF COMMENCEMENT AT EARLIEST AND OBLIGE A CUSTOMER-HOWEVER SMALL AS PER THEIR BUSINESS POLICY.

This is to acknowledge that I received a call ring-just once-one ring long and was discontinued by the time I could come and lift the phone. The calling number was [protected] and at 5.17 PM on 26 July 17. This was very strange as the phone rang only for a single ring and before I could lift the phone it was disconnected. On the caller part he has a record of trying to contact me but never gave me a chance to pick up the phone. I then started calling the same number, till 5.37 pm from all my numbers that is [protected] / [protected]/[protected], repeatedly but the connection to above [protected] was not established. I could feel how the things are made helpless for me and the time is pulled on without due justice. Now the question is why they can not write a mail to me with the solution of reestablishing my valuation date as my FD commencing date or why they can not send me an sms asking me to call back on a number of their choice and -time of their choice on a day of their choice?
THE FACT IS SIMPLE. MY MONEY [13 LAKH] WAS WITH THEM SINCE 1ST MAY 2017 AND HENCE MY FD DATE OF COMMENCEMENT MUST BE 1ST MAY 2017 AND NOT 2nd may 2017 as they have wrongly given in my fds. THE FDS ARE FOR A TENURE OF 5 YEARS AND IT AMOUNTS TO 13 LAKH RELEASED A DAY EARLIER, WITHOUT LOSING ANY EARNINGS.
Hence valuation date of transfer must be corrected by Bajaj Finserv to resolve my complaint. WHY THEY WISH TO CONTACT ME ON PHONE AND WHAT DO THEY WISH TO CONVEY WHEN MY COMPLAINT SOLUTION IS AS ABOVE-TIME AND AGAIN TOLD TO THEM VERBALLY AS WELL AS -IN WRITING MODE SO MANY TIMES?
OTHER ISSUES OF NOT FOLLOWING UP THE SCHEDULED REPLY TIME FRAME GIVEN ON BAJAJ FINSERV SITE OF CUSTOMER CARE COMPLAINTS AND ESCALATIONS LIVE A DAUNTING MARK ON CUSTOMER AND IT IS UP TO BAJAJ TO FORTIFY THEIR SYSTEM. MAY BE CUSTOMER LIKE ME WILL NEVER WISH TO AGAIN PARTICIPATE IN ANY BUSINESS AGAIN IN FUTURE.
