I am really frustrated due to unprofessional behavior from your side...I have given the Mandate form along with Adhaar and and one cancelled cheque for NACH 6 months ago at finserve office at old delhi road, sector 14, Gurgaon but till now I am not able to use my card just because of NACH is not updated...

can you please do the needful I have received this card one year ago and till now I am not able to use this card.

Hi this is chandran...I am a card holder with number [protected]..I would like to order a product online...I tried using bajaj card...But m unable to use it...The payment was failure...can u just resuspend or unblock the card.I need to know the reason?
