[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — non receiving of emi card | |||
Dear sir Good afternoon. I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 01.01.2018 i have applied for an emi card of bajaj finance after receiving an mail notification from their end (Screen shot of notification mail attached). However the amount which was required to generate the card (Rs. 471) deducted from my kotak mahindra bank account (Screen shot attached for the same) and i got a transaction no-l[protected] as text message from their end, thereafter, As i didn't receive any card from them nor any notification still 10.01.2018, i wrote an email stating all the matters happened with me and asked for their help. Regardlessly they intimated me by an email that they didn't receive any amount from me. Now my question is if bajaj finserv didn't receive the amount through their website link (As sent by mail from their end) then who has taken my money? I must say as a matter of fact that this kind of irresponsible behaviour could jeopardise their market reputation. Was this information helpful? | |||
