[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — payment not update and showing unauthorized amount

Dear sir/madam,

I have 3 loan account bajan finserv
Last month i paid total pending amount and bounce charges thru paytm, also i visit 4 times bajaj finserv office because of they not update my payment. Then they many times call me and told me your amount is still pending but, i done my payments and i have payments receipt.

Showing unauthorized amount
Sir/madam please take strictly action
Because this company not corporate to consumer kindly help

Dear Sir/madam, Today i again visit bajaj office, I told him sir as you say i payed all pending amount But why you charge me unauthorized amount, they both guy treate me misbehave and told me do what do you want and not giving me proper details for my accounts . Respective sir/madam, Kindly help me and and told him to give me my noc my all 3 accounts 🙏 . Sugar Kumar 9958038873
