Bajaj Finserv — policy cancellation request ( service request no is sr[protected] | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is Vasanthi, senior citizen. Myself initiated the mail for cancellation of two insurance policies which Bajaj Company assigned on me without my PERMISSION/KNOWLEDGE.I had discussed with nearest bajaj branch office and physically given the hard copy of cancellation request and sent the mail to respective bajaj customer care team ( [protected]@bajajfinserv.in). Luckily I got the call logged id SR03482507 regard that but have not received the valuable information. The worst thing is no-one talk about the refund money and why it's got deducted without my knowledge? Please provide any proof from your end that myself given permission for applying the insurance policy. If 'NO' would like to know the reason and who has given the permission behalf of me? Please help me to refund the 12480 amount which has been deducted the below duration from account and kindly help me to cancel the two policies immediately. Deducted amount details: For 2 insurance policy amount totally = 2080 per month. Totally 12480 amount deducted from my bank account during the period from 06th Apr 2018 to 05th Sept 2018 for the last 6 months. Kindly do needful.
