Bajaj Finserv — Reg : cheque bounce and card blocked

Dear team, in the term of lockdown from march 2020 to july 2020 there is a moritarium period . so my cheque has been bounced for 2 months but bajaj finersv people has blocked my card . I've spoken to customer care but no response at all . Request you to please unblock my card and make it need full.
