Bajaj Finserv — rejected loan after approved

I have got approved mail from bajaj finserv that congratulations your loan has been approved and got emi breakdown. Their representatives confirmed on call that amount will be disbursed tomorrow. But after approved they are saying that your loan is rejected. Why they are making fool to customers.? I have taken many loans before with bajaj but now i will never approach bajaj finserv in future.
