I am shailendra nagar my register no is [protected]. I am so unhappy with your personnel loan department. The reason behind it is that i have got a offer for personnel loan 65000 rs. I have applied for it on[protected]. On same day i recive a call from your personnel loan department. The executive tolled me tommorow we will picked your all doucuments and within 72 hours amount will be credit in your a/c. But today is[protected] no person come to me for picked document. I have called so many times on customer care no i. E. [protected]. It is for personnnel loan this all guys are not willing to talk to me. Just they told me we have raise your request till evening our executive will come and collect your document. This is happen so many time in this period of time. But no one came for document. I am requesting to you if you can do something for me. So plz check my offer and do needful action as asoon as possible.
