Bajaj Finserv — taken down payment and not updated

I am requesting to solve from past 3months for bajaj support they have taken an down payment amount and not updated converted full amount as emi from past 3months they did not resolved the issue and there is no good response from the team i have uploaded all necessary documents to verify they cheated me and taking extra money and taking extra emi please help me to resolve the issue
