As per rbi rules there is no mention for taking interest on moratorium on loans but you are charging intrest on no cost emi at 24 percentage this is absolutely a crime please make changes to your rules 🙏 if not i'm going take a serious action against you. I will complaint rbi for this kind of worst rules. You are taking advantage of the rules it is for extending the emi payments only not to charge 24 percentage of charge. It's illegal poor people can't pay 24 percentage for a month of emi and how can they earn if they are in house due to lockdown. Make changes in your rules.
