I`m a user of the Bajaj EMI card, which I use for consumer product purchases and have been regular in payments.
Suddenly I received an SMS stating that a Health card is activated for me and has been charged Rs 707 and taken away from my account.
When I approached Bajaj customer care, they repeatedly sent a templated reply saying that the consent was received on an SMS bot. But I have never given any consent for the health card in any form.
