[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — unethical practices against customers | |||
I was browsing through mobiles on 01 nov 2018 at bajajfinservmarkets.in as i wanted a new mobile for myself. I was interested in redmi mobiles. But i didn't ordered anything that day. Next day a call comes on my number that you were intrested in redmi mobile bur you didn't ordered anything. I said yes i wanted a redmi note 6 pro. Now the executive asked me if she can order it for me. I said alright. Now the mobile arrived at my address on 03 nov. The delivery boy asked for my aadhar and he took photograph of my aadhar. Then he took out the mobile and asked me to hold so that he can take photograph of myself with mobile. After the photograph i checked the box for mobile name and then i realised that it was redmi 6 pro and not redmi note 6 pro which i expected. I told him the same and asked him to change the product to redmi note 6 pro or redmi note 5 pro but he said that it's not possible. Then i said that i will not take this product please take it back and cancel my order. And the delivery boy took the mobile back. Same day i also wrote to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in to cancel my order as i wanted something else. The bajaj finserv replies that you have to cancel this order at the website. I checked the site but there's no options to cancel this order. Same thing i conveyed to bajaj finserv but there's no reply this time. Today on 06 nov a sms and email from bajaj finserv conveys me that your product has been delivered. Horrible! There's no email id of bajajfinservmarkets where i can write nor there's any contact number. There's no customer care number where i can sort out the issue with their executive I request you to please take this case forward and to cancel the loan sanctioned by bajaj finserv as i haven't took any delivery Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 16, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Received a call from bajaj finserv Pune office and a mail from [email protected] that the loan sanctioned against my name has been cancelled.
There's no return/exchange policy at bajaj emi store (experia). Once a product is ordered and it is dispatched you can't cancel it. The seller can mark the product as delivered even if you didn't signed the invoice or gave receiving. Once a product is marked delivered your instalments will start from 02 of next month. And if the product you received is defective you have to live with that. The balance is highly tilted against the customer and I sincerely hope that bajaj experia will take necessary steps to rectify it.
