Dear All, It is a complaint against the services provided by your Bajay Fin serv team. I got an OD limited loan from your chandigah branch. I got an OD amount of 1-July and post that I am regular behind sales team to provide user name log in to transfer that OD amount from my salary account to OD account( Virtual Account). Moreover, sales team is not attening my call. I also tried to get that user name and password online by sending SMS at a particular number but my number is not registered. So you are requested to 1. Wave off interest factor from 1-July till date as interst is getting charged necessary 2.
