[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — wrongly charged and mistreated | |||||
We had purchased a phone from Vijay slaes through Bajaj finance and they have charged us bounce fees for May which we payed and have a receipt now for June also they have charged us bounce inspite of money being in our accounts in May & June. Now they are saying that it takes 45 days to start the ecs process so last month bounce charge he cant return and this month also it is sowing bounce which i have to pay. To which i said i will not pay anything extra apart from my EMI amount so the person said that I am not capable of buying a phone and is filing an fir against us.
