Bajaj — sale a bike with defective engine

I purchased a new bajaj pulsor150cc on 4th oct. 2018 from shikha motors, ambala road kaithal haryana.
Its observed that engine were make ubnorarmal sound after 2 days so i complained to same dealer/service centre. After checking they assure me that its not a serious issue its will be rectify automatically. But the problem was the same on 13.10.2018 and i again visited the service centre. While service manager agree with the problem and ask me that we are going to do 1st service today after that problem will 100% resolve. Service has been done before standard timeline but the problem still persist and engine making huge sounds in december 2018. Again i visited the service centre in dec. 2018 but this time they told me its a normal sound so no need to worry. I was very fed-up with service/ customer service.
On 31 dec 2018 (Time 20:00) i was on highway at kurukshetra and bike's engine goes shutdown, i tired to start the bike with kick but kick was in free condition. I was very angry to purchase a bajaj's bike.
Next morning i called up in service centre and brief the incident, they give me a mobile number, but the guy who picked my call, give me another number i bring the bike in their service centre. I was very shocked when the service manager told me that engine got jammed and piston broken. Also briefed me that there is no engine oil that's why its happen. Also they told me that you have to pay for this.
After 15 days bajaj has changed the piston and cylinder head and return to me with assurance that problem has been resolved permanently.
But now its again create problem and engine oil leakage from cylinder head and i login the complaint with dealer/bajaj, kaithal, its 15 days passed away, but complaint still persist.
Its the total harassment of the customer.
Its my humble request, please look in to this matter.
It will be highly appreciable if bajaj refund which i paid or change this product.
