Balamurugan Tvs Dealer, — Complaint on wrong commitment on charges.

Dear team,
i am a customer of tvs and i am regularly serviced by balamurugan tvs. I am owing tvs apache vehicle and recently i got a call and sms from balamurugan tvs staff stating that we are providing an offer for you and we are giving oil change and general service on just 599.
I left my vehicle for service based on the words committed by the staff. But i have charged for engine oil seperately and even i have got labour charges also.

Now i got unwanted charges on my bill as follows.

1. Chain sprocket kit - 895/-
2. Engine oil change - 253 /-
3. Chain cover - 129 /-
4. Filter - 38 /-
5. Outside job - 270/-
6. Labor charges - 100 /-
7. Chain sprocket kit replacement - 300 /-

tax - 190 /-
service tax - 95/-

total - 2278 /-
i have also charged for card swiping and totally i made the payment of rs - 2324 /-

kindly explain me on this bill. I agree for the payments made for spare parts change.

Here by i am spending my valuable time on writing the complaint and i want some valuable action on my complaint. Kindly check and revert me or give me a call regarding this.
