Banaras Style — different cheap product

I have ordered for maroon-colored-soft-silk-saree online from wesite www.banarasstyle.com for Rs.1200 ( cash payment on delivery), yesterday 18th June I have received a totally different saree. Wrote mail mand tried to contact the numbers mentioned on the website but no response. It is hereby requested to use your forum and take criminal action against this company.

Red bordered blue banarsi silk saree...was ordered and online payment done ...i was given an order number...but after 4 days nobody has contacted and nobody is picking the phone, please don't buy any stuff from this company...VERY BAD REVIEW.
