As per their advertisement on website, i ordered for 2 nos. Silk sarees worth rs.2500/- and paid the amount online. On receiving the parcel found that both the sarees are very different and cheaper in cost and quality. I complained and returned back to them as per their policy and sent new order for the same earlier sarees. They assured this time i will get the right product. But again supplied very different cheap quality sarees. I again returned the wrong product and asked for payment back. Now they are passing the time for it. They have given only one phone no. Which is busy/unavailable all the time. Everytime different person replies to your mail and make promises. The company seems to be fraud and cheating so many customers same way. They should be prosecuted immediately for cheating people.
