Banaras Style — wrong product delivered and no response for return

Why this site is still in existence. It should be blocked and lodge complaint against them. Products are totally different.

I took saree from banars style for rs 1350 but it is soo different less than 300 rs . worst product . i mailed on the given email 9 to 10 times but no reply. whatts app also no reply. so i need myrefund money back.

I also purchase a lehenga cost 1500/-. I received totally different one with very poor quality. They are not replying my mails and their contact numbers are also fake. I want my mony back

I ordered lehenga of RS.1840, but I received wrong product with a very bad quality, I have continuously emailed them but no reply & not received the call, just want to my money back.

I had ordered a silk saree worth rupees 1350 from banarasstyle.com and this is the worst site I have ever gone through. They delivered me a totally different product not even the same material.No response from email, phone no is switched off. THE BIGGEST FRAUD SITE .!!

Oh God.. This is completely a fake site.. Even I paid the money.. I am waiting for the saree.. No response from them.. Is there any no. To contact them.. Cheaters.. Do not buy products from them..

I have ordered a SAREE worth Rs. 1290/- on 10.06.19 ...no clue of delivery, no messege, sms or wats app.and no true land line o rworking mobile number available.zero rating..

please do not buy products from Banaras Style site.. Too much advertisement on facebook page... They are cheaters... be Aware...

Never buy from this site at all..this is the worst one...I got the wrong product delivered...i got cheated..totally a loss of money..I regret that I should have read d reviews and proceed for payment...really wish the providers should see these comments and atleast try to make their service better...I wanna send back these crap..but I don't know whether they will respond or not...

I have ordered saree worth Rs.1495 and the saree I received is worth not more than 600:rs.. So I have asked for the return and have sent an email yet to receive any answer.
(They have 14 days return policy as per face book page.)

It is my bad luck that I took saree from banars style for rs 3150.
I ordered 3 Saaris and received only two saaries.
The two saaris I received are soo different less than 300 rs . worst product . i mailed on the given email 9 to 10 times but no reply.
They are saying courier the saaris, If I dont like that. to the address they have provided..
There phone no is ringing but no one is picking up.
I need my money back 3150, and return this worst quality saaries.

I can't even rate this site as 1 star, worst product and worst site i have ever experienced. The sarees i received is not more than INR 200 - INR 300 for which i paid 1390.

I need my money back immediately, please initiate the refund i do not need the money in BS wallet as i am sure i will never buy any product from this site.

I ordered combo of three kurties amounting rs 1299/- & totally worst product receive & totally different from shown in image. Also talk with girl name sofiya patel whose number is [protected] on banaras style website page. Now on my mail she told me to send courier back to them by spending courier charge & than they forward my courier to their quality team & if they found product ok than they credit my banaras style wallet after deducting some rs. So ultimately i have to bare extra courier charge to return their totally worst product than also i m not getting my money but they told to make another order. Also no address for return of product mentioned anywhere & i ask that girl to tell me the address for returning courier than she cut my call. Totally fake site. Totally worst product. Please never buy anything from this site. Also if any one have idea how can i get my money back please help me out immediately.
