I had ordered 2 silk sarees on may 1st, 2019 from banarasstyle.com. When the item was delivered today, to my surprise i got only one saree and that too was very different and a lot cheaper product than the one i had ordered. The product was altogether having a different design, color etc. I have sent an email to the support team and have sent a message on facebook messenger asking for a refund, but i have not got any response still. I want my money back as i have been cheated by this site. I request the authorities to take stern action against the owners of this site and block this site immediately so that other users cannot order from this site and thus be cheated by them.
