[Resolved] Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Bescom payment failure but account debited
My payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/Myhome.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from my SBI bank account.
But I received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached screenshot, although my account is debited.
Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending.
