We have received electricity bill from our gate. Our meter is upstairs and we have a dog outside the house. The gate was locked also. There is no way the guy took the actual reading. And we received the bill for rs. 2000 which is not accurate, obviously. We are filing a complaint against the company because this has been happening for quite some time and we're not paying this over charged amount. Please have a look into this. Bill no.[protected]
