We have been paying all BESCOM bills using UPI since Dec 2020. The bill amount appears on the mobile and the same is being paid without fail every month. All these months, a physical bill was not issued to us, Now in Jun 21, all of a sudden, a hefty bill has been generated and the physical bill has also been given. Since we do not have details of previous bills, we are unable to verify the meter readings to confirm. Please issue previous bills for verification or please clarify why the hefty bill all of a sudden. The payment receipts and latest bill attached. Account ID is [protected].
