Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — fraud by bescom with respect to my credit card payment | |
I have paid the may 2020 bill amount 2677inr on may 25 2020 and the bank/transaction reference number for the same is bdoicg102477[bbps id - "bd01e1743885"]. So this amount is deposited to bescom towards may month bill on may 25 2020. But in the june 2020 bill, this amount is showing as arrears. After so many follow up bescom accepted that they have received the amount when npci team done investigation. Upon follow up officer with name "savitha priyadarshini g officer, bbps section," confirms that she has done the refund of that transaction but i have not received any refund amount on my credit card. Upon asking refund transaction details, she is unable to produce the details. So by looking this, i came to conclusion that bescom has done some fraud with this transaction otherwise my online bill payment would credited to my electricity account or amount should have refunded back to my credit card account. But nothing as happened. Bescom agm opc silent on this issue and not taking any action against this gross misconduct. This is mental harassment to me as i have to spend so much time to follow-up on this. So i am raising this complaint in order to take action against bescom. Was this information helpful? | |
