Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Frequent power cuts with no resolution | |||
We stay in Triveni Road, Yeshwantpur area . We have been facing very frequent powercuts almost everyday since past 2 months. Some days there is no power at a stretch from morning 10 to evening 7pm. On calling the Bescom complaint number or they just register the complaint, but no action is taken. Almost everyday i call Bescom and lodge a complaint which is of no use. There is no proper explanation as to why this is happening frequently in our area alone. Due to COVID situation, most o[censored]s are working from home and such frequent powercuts is a pain for us and our productivity. It is affecting our day to day life and work very badly. How would we even work when there is powercut from 10am to 7pm at a stretch? I was forced to take leave for couple of days this month due to this issue, would BESCOM pay for my loss? Please stop causing so much pain for us and help us in this matter. I can see it happening mostly in our area - Triveni main road, 4th main, gokula 1st stage, Yeshwantpur - 560022. There is no power even when i'm writing this now (24th Feb 1:45 pm) since morning 10AM. I had to go to my friend's house in a different area, just to work. This is so frustrating especially in times like this where people are already worried about pandemic issues. Even the job market is bad and we can't afford such things to effect our work, we will be in trouble! PLEASE HELP! Was this information helpful? | |||
