[Resolved] Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Loss of Electrical equipments and lights due to Neutral failure issue | |||
There was a neutral failure yesterday 03.03.2021 evening at Hosakerehalli area in the transformer placed near Government School after scheduled wiring work carried out in our area. The effect of this has impacted me a lot details as below, 1) Blowing away 6 LED lights. 2) Malfunctioning of Wifi router 3) Malfunctioning o[censored]PS Unit 4) No output from TV stabilizer 5) Breakdown of Cordless phone main adaptor unit. This is not the first time we faced same situation during last September 2020 in which I had Breakdown of my TV unit for which I had to spend ₹12000and UPS malfunctioning . If it is once then we can manage but due to the issue like neutral failures and others if it happens repeatedly then it is highly impossible for a monthly salaried person to repair everytime. I hereby held BESCOM responsible for the losses that has occurred to me in above said sequences and would demand a compensation for the loss occurred. Further I need to get a confirmation from BESCOM that proper care will be taken in future such that such occurrence doesn't happen. Was this information helpful? | |||
