We had to pay rs 388 last month's current bill, we pay online every month. This month we forgot to pay unfortunately so without even informing or warning they have taken away the fuse along with them. Just for one month bill not paid? I am at home and without even informing they have taken away fuse, they could have atleast approached to my house before taking it. Whole day we are at home without power. I realised later and paid online, if they would have approached me morning before taking it with them, i would have paid at that moment only. It's been 8hours without power, we had also contacted customer care today morning, but still no response no fuse till now? Is this the way we are treated? Without even any warnings or notification people just take off fuse along with them just for a month bill? That too 388rs? You think we do it wantedly? When we live in this place bangalore and would it be difficult for us to pay just 388? Thing is we forgot to pay so whole day no fuse? Is it fair?
