My customer id number is [protected] under the name kanamma... Every month i pay my electricity bill through online service providers. I have also paid my bills for the last month nov, 2017 on the 3rd of december, 2017. I checked in the bescom website bill payment portal which shows that there is no pending bills. Still the electrician is coming and disconnecting my lines. This is not the first time and has happened many times before. Please take necessary steps so that it does not happen again and again...
