Bangalore Elevated Tollway Private Limited — Complaint against toll staff for misbehaving

Hi,
I'm sandeep reddy. I commute from anantha nagar to silkboard (To my office) and back daily. I use bangalore elevated tollway to commute.
Today when i was passing through the toll between 6:40 pm - 7:05, much before i reached the toll there was one of the staff waiving his hand by which i understood that only people who have already taken the pass has to enter the 2nd lane for which i nodded my head since i have the daily pass with me from car itself as i slowed down.
This person has suddenly banged hard on my car thrice, so i stopped the car. He once again banged on window. When i opened the window he started abusing me and i asked what happened. He asked me to show the pass and i did. I had asked him why he is checking the pass and why banged on the car for which he opened my door and tried to pull me out forcefully.
When i passed through the toll i had shown my pass to the actual staff who is supposed to scan. And he scanned the pass.
After passing through the toll i had parked my car to talk manager who was not there at the toll.
I met the controller (Manjunath) and explained what happened. He asked me to leave from the place and i asked him to give the manager contact number and name of the person who misbehaved. He rudely asked me to leave the place. Then i asked him to tell me his name for which he held my shirt and asked me tried to assault me.
When check with other staff, finally got the contact number of manager and i immediately called him. Mean while i had informed my friends what is happening.
In no time a group 7 - 10 people surrounded me including the manager.
When my friends arrived i tried to explain the situation for which the whole group started arguing.
When we requested show the cctv footage the manager refused and said that leave the issue then and there. And when we persisted to show the footage manage had told us that he will take an action. And we asked him to send the proof of he taking action he answered in a rude way and had take my e-mail. But did not take any written complaint.
I do not have any hope that necessary action will be taken.

So i request you to take the necessary action/guide me to how to proceed on this.

If these people are left free like this, such situations will occur again.

Today afternoon I had a bad experience at BETL Elecronic City Hosur Road tollgate. I was going from Silk Board to Attibele. When I reached the barrier, the display suddenly flashed "Blacklisted" and refused to open. I told the attendant that my Fastag was active and valid. The attendant felt there may be inadequate balance in Paytm. I had to pay Rs 100 which is double. After passing the Toll, I stopped my car and checked my Paytm on mobile. There was adequate balance and Fastag showed ACTIVE. After short time I made return journey through same Toll Naka. My Fastag was detected correctly and I smoothly passed through. This problem needs yo be investigated by BETL Technical Team and sorted out. My car number is KA03NE3649 which is wrongly entered by the attendant in the receipt.
