I notice many time their behaviour was very bad because they didn’t take any initiative to give balance to customers. Today i gave 100 rs for indiranagar from national college metro station, ticket charge was 30 so she was like if you don't have change then don't stand here just go. I can understand they will be not having change at early morning. But if customer have change they were definitely going to give the same. There is no need to behave in that way towards customers. Who will tell the customer to go home and all. So please give some guidance to them regarding how to behave towards customers. Was this information helpful? |
